This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how 1wen ("1wen," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects the personal information of users ("you," "Player," or "User") who access or use the 1wen online gaming platform available at 1wen.app and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, 1wen processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform our contract with you — including operating your account, processing transactions, and providing gaming services.
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine laws, including PAGCOR regulations, AMLA obligations, and NPC requirements.

1wen does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:

• Payment processors: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card processors — to facilitate deposits and withdrawals.
• KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party services that assist in verifying your identity and age in compliance with Philippine regulations.
• Fraud prevention and security providers: Services that help 1wen detect and prevent fraudulent activity, money laundering, and unauthorized access.

1wen retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the last transaction, as required under Philippine AMLA regulations.
• KYC and identity documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from account closure or the date of the last transaction, whichever is later.
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction.
• Marketing preferences and consent records: Retained for the duration of your account and for three (3) years following account closure.
• Technical and usage logs: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, unless required for longer periods for security or legal purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with 1wen's data disposal procedures.

1wen uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform. The following types of cookies are used:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Essential for the Platform to function. These include session cookies that keep you logged in and security cookies that protect against fraud. These cannot be disabled.

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the 1wen Platform
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including payment details and identity documents
• Role-based access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis
• Regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing

While 1wen takes all reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying 1wen immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

The 1wen Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. 1wen does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If 1wen discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted, and any deposits will be returned at 1wen's sole discretion.
